Returns
The possibility of return applies only to ready-made signs available in our standard offer. These products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are in intact condition, do not show signs of use, and their packaging is complete.
Exceptions to the right of return
Please note that custom made signs (i.e. personalized, customized) are non-returnable. These types of products are created specifically at the customer’s request, so we are unable to re-sell them.
Return procedure
- To return your finished sign, please contact our customer service department for detailed return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or the incorrect item was received.
- Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be made within 7 business days to the same account from which payment was made.
